@ 1219 The people of Midian are seized by an earthquake on account of their disbelief and corruption 29:36-37
29:36 And to Midian their brother Shu'aib. He said, 'Worship Allah, my nation. Look to the Last Day. Do not make mischief in the land, doing corrupt works.
# وَإِلَى مَدْيَنَ أَخَاهُمْ شُعَيْباً فَقَالَ يَا قَوْمِ اعْبُدُوا اللَّهَ وَارْجُوا اليَوْمَ الآخِرَ وَلاَ تَعْثَوْا فِي الأَرْضِ مُفْسِدِينَ 36
29:37 But they belied him, so the earthquake seized them, and when morning came, they were found fallen crouched in their dwellings, dead.
# فَكَذَّبُوهُ فَأَخَذَتْهُمُ الرَّجْفَةُ فَأَصْبَحُوا فِي دَارِهِمْ جَاثِمِينَ 37
